Our goal is to make every return or refund smooth and supportive. We handle each request with care, ensuring you feel valued throughout the process. 

Return Eligibility 

We want your shopping experience to be safe and stress-free, which is why we’ve set clear return guidelines. To qualify for a return:  

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.  
All tags, labels, packaging, and boxes must be intact.  
Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.  

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined. 

How to Request a Return 

We’ve made returning an item simple and straightforward:

Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  

Once reviewed, our team will share step-by-step instructions to complete your return. Please note that returns not meeting our conditions may be declined. This process ensures that every return is handled fairly and efficiently. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

We aim to make your refund experience as smooth as possible. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it against our return requirements.  

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.  
If the item does not meet our criteria, we may be unable to issue a refund.  

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to keeping the process clear and transparent. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In some cases, if a returned item is generally in good condition but has minor issues (such as missing packaging or light signs of handling), a partial refund may be issued. 

Our team carefully evaluates the condition of each item before making this determination. Our aim is always to remain transparent and fair, ensuring you fully understand how any partial refund is calculated. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product? 

We know how disappointing it is when your order doesn’t arrive as expected. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos or videos of the problem. Once verified, we will arrange for either a replacement, or a refund, depending on what best suits the situation.
